Visit Noodle 501 at 5319 New Hope Commons Dr #104 in Durham, NC 27707, right by the mall entrance next to local shops. Our doors are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm and again from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. On Sunday, we serve until 9 pm, and we are closed on Tuesday. Find easy parking off the main road. We are a few blocks from popular stores and venues, making us a perfect stop before your next outing with family or friends.

Probably the best Pad See Ew I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a LOT). My boyfriend got the Tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious. Servers were kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

Yummy food and great service! They were able to accommodate our group of 12. We called before to give them a heads up. Everyone was happy with their food, and the star of the show was the yellow curry ramen. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great thai food in Durham!
